(1) devising new high-performing glass and ceramic materials with the functional sintering aids(Oxides, Glasses) for low-temperature sintering manufacture, resulting in increasing production yield by +18%, (2) synthesizing and characterizing the new dielectric glass-ceramic composite materials with high reliability against harsh conditions, which was considerable costs savings to the mass production up to 23%, (3) technical development of thin film devices for prototype capacitors(1005mm) & resistors(0201mm) via the semiconducting process. My current research is to control the microstructure of ceramic materials with the inhibition of grain growth by means of defect chemistry and atomize the size of glass materials in nano-scale.
