Consistent theme through out my career: Project Delivery On Time and On Budget As Client Engagement Manager on a major IT program for a large service provider, took a small team of developers and displaced a major consulting firm. Inherited project where 67% of the budget had been spent and only 12% of the functionality delivered and was able to complete the project with the remaining budget on time. Program Lead for a major carrier and developed and delivered software defined network solution for SDWAN technology that included self-healing capabilities and zero-touch provisioning. As a VP of IT, delivered solutions for a startup company encompassing the CRM systems, Point of Sale application, Billing solution, Web-based sales channel, carrier network monitoring, management, performance systems; revenue tracking and profitability analysis system; and managed the desktop and IT infrastructure including disaster recovery systems.
