As Client Engagement Manager on a major IT program for a large service provider, took a small team of developers and displaced a major consulting firm. Inherited project where 67% of the budget had been spent and only 12% of the functionality delivered and was able to complete the project with the remaining budget on time.
Program Lead for a major carrier and developed and delivered software defined network solution for SDWAN technology that included self-healing capabilities and zero-touch provisioning.
As a VP of IT, delivered solutions for a startup company encompassing the CRM systems, Point of Sale application, Billing solution, Web-based sales channel, carrier network monitoring, management, performance systems; revenue tracking and profitability analysis system; and managed the desktop and IT infrastructure including disaster recovery systems.
Architect-ed a disaster recovery system for a satellite communications re-seller that had to be implemented as the result of the Galaxy IV satellite failure and worked flawlessly recovering key communications for banking and paging companies that had purchased the recovery plan.
