Directly managed a team of 15-16 (Project Managers, Developers and Business Analysts) and with projects, managed teams up to 25. Successfully managed several high profile, tight deadline FCC regulated projects that imposed severe monetary penalties if not completed by delivery date. Fulfilled role of Configuration Manager in support of 35 applications, resulting in 100+ releases per year.
