Led effort to develop a 5-year strategic plan for a Behavioral Health Authority. Obtained stakeholder input through the facilitation of discussion groups and moderated the development of a SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunities, threats) analysis. Coordinated the strategic plan with participants, presented plan to executive management/board of directors, gained approval and published the plan. Results: Avoided contract penalty (up to $10,000 quarterly) with the State by meeting all requirements on time.
