Qualifications Registered Architect with over 35 years of experience in Architectural and Engineering projects, with an emphasis on Construction Administration services and management of Professional Services during the construction phase of a wide range of building types and project delivery methods. Construction Administration and Management experience on major league and collegiate sports venues, including arenas for the Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, Buffalo Sabres, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanch, the University of Central Florida and the University of Illinois. Served as Design Coordinator on several Designer Led, Design/Build projects working closely with the design and construction teams to achieve turn key project delivery from early design to competetion. Provided "Problem Project Recovery" services on projects across the country, including the Memphis Cook Convention and Performing Arts Center, Festival Bay Mall in Orlando, Shelby Hall at the University of Alabama and the LAC/USC Medical Center Replacement Project in Los Angeles. Served as Architect and Owner's Representative, as well as various roles within the General Contractor's project team, including Superintendent, Project Manager, Quality Control Manager and Construction Manager. Project included addition of dividing partition wall of the Exhibit Level and upgrades to all concession and catering facilities. Assisted in preparing presentation drawings for the southward expansion of Bartle Hall across the I-70/I-670 freeway loop.
