Summary: Thirty years of experience in the Oil and Gas (Upstream and Downstream) EPCs and Nuclear Engineering. Project size ranged from Small Plant Capital Projects to $US 8.0 Billion. Experience with MOD V, Honeywell, Allan Bradley and Delta V DCS platforms. Experience is highlighted by FEED, EPC, and program management assignments involving multiple contractor interface/coordination, multiple office work sharing, multiple systems integration, as well as, field assignments including instrument surveys, technical assistance during construction, loop calibration and checkout, and plant commissioning/start-up. In addition to standard monitoring and control instrumentation, assignments have included implementation of triple modular redundant safety instrumented systems, programmable logic controllers and integration of complex mechanical equipment packages. Petroleum Refining Experience includes control systems design for revamps, expansion, and "grass roots" facilities. Petrochemicals - includes control systems design for various chemical processes as well as, utilities and offsite facilities associated with major petrochemical complexes. Experience also includes Factory Acceptance Testing, plant commissioning/start-up, construction technical assistance, loop calibration and checkout and instrument surveys. Reviewed start-up acceptance and pre-operational test procedure to ensure those specified criteria provide sufficient information to demonstrate and justify acceptance of the system or component. Resolved design problems occurring during system start-up and turn over to operation.
