The complete facility encompasses 21,000 SF. He also completed the design for fifteen stations serving this twenty-two mile mixed freight and passenger rail system. Stations incorporated a unique retractable gangway system to allow clearance required for freight operation at night, thus allowing level boarding for the DMU vehicles during the day. Gangways are operated remotely from the dispatch center and have numerous safety features for both station patrons and freight operations.
