Human Resources Officer: Responsible for investigation of allegations of Equal Opportunity violations. Interview personnel on matters of domestic violence and counseling referral. Maintain electronic records of over 1,300 incidents. Represent workers at hearings/punitive events. Provide EO training to more than 3,000 workers.
