Daily Duties at E College:

 Providing exceptional customer account management through daily operational support.  Interconnected to sales force. This includes mediating communication between sales and customers.  Providing online administration process training. Training administered in person and conducted over the phone using WebEx software.  Constant Interdepartmental correspondence and liaison for projects.  Estimating specific quarterly and annual revenue projections. Accountable for the accuracy of the numbers. Bonus hinges on ability to accurately reflect these numbers.
