Daily Duties at Shoe Carnival:

Oversaw 11 retail locations across Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. Supervised team of 11 general managers, 7 store managers and 125 staff members and ensured the successful achievement of sales targets producing over $28 million in annual sales and exceeding customer service expectations while managing budgets to increase profit margins. Analyzed market and trends, and developed and implemented strategies to improve efficiency, sales, and service. Performed human resources functions to enable the execution of organization goals. Provided consistent, active leadership to promote staff commitment and professional growth and encourage sales. Known for achieving results through the demonstrated leadership competencies of developing for the futures, decision making, organization and setting clear, concise direction
