Daily Duties at Lansbrook Master Association:
Directed a 5-member grounds maintenance department and a variety of outside contractors in all landscaping design, construction and maintenance operations. Developed personnel policies, job specifications and maintenance standards. Identified priorities, scheduled tasks and conducted follow-up inspections. Planned and administered the grounds maintenance budget. Negotiated pricing and delivery of products and services. Purchased, allocated and tracked supplies. Ensured compliance with local, state and federal codes and regulations. Trained, mentored and motivated staff. Forged productive relationships with contractors, vendors, field representatives, account managers and educators. Presented regular reports to the 7-member Board of Directors.
