Daily Duties at Tomo Therapy Inc.:
Field Support Engineer • Interfaced daily with customers, both on and off-site, to ensure support for TomoTherapy Hi-ART as well as resolved customer equipment issues, leading to customer satisfaction. • Assisted in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of radiation treatment for the full range of cancer tumors by integrating CT imaging and helical intensity-modulated radiation therapy. • Maintained tools and test equipment properly, including the elect-mechanical system. • Additionally handled all hardware/software upgrades. • Handled customer service logs and internal service records. • Worked as a team member to provide efficient service and resolve all systemic problems and user interface issues from the end-user to the TomoTherapy Madison office.
