* Conducted on-site safety audits for three structural, five architectural precast/concrete manufacturing plants and multiple gasoline fueling station. * Provided detailed written reports to each location on each safety concern with recommendations on ways to resolve identified challenges in the efforts to reduce potential injuries to employees and customers. * Authored a Corporate Safety Manual created to achieve consistency throughout each concrete plant location in efforts maintain the same level of effectiveness across the board. * Tracked workers compensation and managed Certificates of Insurance for accuracy. * Tracked all accidents from more than 800 employees in five different states, identified accident trends, future potential hazards and trained safety professionals to recognize hazards, on not only job sites and equipment, but behavior-based as well. * Designed and disseminated accident alerts, which allowed all plant locations to know the same day of a sister plant accident, which raise awareness for all supervisors of current trends. * Created a safety bulletin and published monthly, summarizing the monthly trends while identifying upcoming training topics and current events in the safety profession.
