Daily Duties at Motawi Tileworks:
As the head of this department, I was charged with ensuring that the tile produced reached the level of excellence set forth by the owners, and that, having achieved that goal, shipping deadlines were met. Communication between departments, analysis of all aspects of manufacturing, management of staff, and problem solving were all integrated into this position. The consistent production of a high quality hand-made product was the result.
